  Third-Party Administrator (TPA) Services RFP    01/20/2026 PCHP is seeking a proposal for full-scope Third-Party Administrator (TPA) services for a Marketplace line of business. The TPA will be responsible for executing the administrative, operational, financial, and claims functions detailed in the Scope of Work to support PCHP.
 Meal Delivery Service RFP    01/09/2026 PCHP is seeking qualified vendors to provide free, home delivered meal services for eligible postpartum members enrolled in STAR, CHIP, and CHIP Perinate.
 Telehealth / Telemedicine RFQ    Closed PCHP is seeking quotes from qualified telehealth/telemedicine vendor capable of delivering comprehensive virtual care services to PCHP Members including members in Medicaid and CHIP. The purpose of this engagement is to expand access to physical and behavioral health services through a scalable, compliant, and integrated telehealth solution.
 Telehealth / Telemedicine RFP     Closed PCHP is seeking information from qualified vendors that provide telemedicine and telehealth solutions. The purpose of this RFI is to gather information about vendor capabilities, service offerings, technology, compliance, and pricing models to help us determine requirements and develop a potential Request for Proposal (RFP).
 Print & Fulfillment Services RFQ    Closed PCHP is requesting pricing proposals from qualified vendors to support a range of services including print production, gift card fulfillment, and promotional item procurement and distribution. This RFQ outlines required capabilities and invites detailed pricing for sample deliverables and system functionality.

  Agency of Record RFP
