Check Your Mail for Important Plan Materials
Within 7鈥�10 days of joining, you鈥檒l receive your member ID card and member handbook in the mail (separately).
Your ID card lists your name, plan, and doctor information. Check that everything is correct. If you need to make a change鈥攐r if you don鈥檛 receive your card鈥攃all Member Services at 1-888-672-2277 (STAR) or 1-888-814-2352 (CHIP/CHIP Perinate). TTY users may dial 7-1-1. We are available Monday-Friday, 8 am 鈥� 5 pm.
Bring your card whenever you see a doctor or fill a prescription. Learn more about your ID card.

Get Started in the Member Portal
Your is the easiest way to manage your health plan in one place. Once you register, you can:
- Find a network doctor or pharmacy
- View or replace your ID card
- Check your recent claims
- See your earned rewards
- Complete your Health Risk Assessment to help us connect you with the right care and programs
Need a doctor? Use our to choose or update your primary care provider (PCP). If you or your child are due for a checkup, call the provider鈥檚 office directly to schedule your appointment.
